One Year, One Dream, One Amazing Team… 🌟
Last Saturday, our Balance Aesthetics’ family and their special guests took some time to celebrate in style because this month marks one year since Dr. Scileppi and Janie partnered to bring their shared vision to life—and what a journey it’s been! 🛥️✨
To celebrate, Janie and her husband, Captain Derrick, took us out on their boat for a sunset cruise. While he may not have an actual captain’s license, he does have all the skills! Thanks for being so great! ⚓️
We donned our Balance tees and brought along our favorite eats:

The evening was filled with laughter, music 🎶, and plenty of silly moments {{ yes, even a “mewing face” photo 😂 }} It was the perfect way to celebrate how far they’ve come and the amazing people who make it possible.

Now fast-forward to August 2024! That’s when the real transformation began! That’s when Dr. Scileppi and Janie joined forces and gave Balance the glow-up she was ready for. With years of experience building a med spa from the ground up, Janie brought the sparkle and expertise to turn a quiet passion project into a thriving, full-service med spa! Together, they created something truly special for Pensacola! 🌟
