My face felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward. She took the time to explain each step and checked in throughout the entire process. This was the cutest little place and such a relaxing and welcoming environment. I booked my first ever facial for my birthday and it was the best decision I could have made! I don’t even know where to start. Right when you walk in you immediately notice the decor and welcoming smiles from the staff. I was offered refreshments right away. They even called me by name when I walked in. Prolly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had since living in Florida. They are top notch! I went for Botox and Dr. Bobby Scileppi was very personable and friendly. I enjoyed getting to know him and a little of his background. Unlike most injectors he took his time and careful planned and thought out the placement of the Botox with of exact markings he placed on my face and with previous photos the nurse took prior. I never felt uncomfortable and unsure of his abilities. I can’t wait to go back and get a facial! This is the by far the best place to go in Pensacola! You won’t regret it!

I cannot recommend Balance Aesthetics enough. They are clean, reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable and just all around wonderful. I’ve had Botox as well as a facial and both were wonderful. So happy to have a med spa in our neighborhood! 💕🙌
