It was my first time going to Balance Aesthetics. I had heard good things about them. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Janie. During the consultation, Janie put me at ease immediately because she was well versed and I knew she was experienced. She did a procedure called IPL. Next I met Dr. Bobby and he did a erbium laser treatment for me. He talked me through the whole procedure which also kept me feeling comfortable. I couldn’t help but notice how clean everything was. I can honestly say my sunspots and pores have been reduced and my skin looks fresh and smooth. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Scileppi and Janie did an AMAZING job. I had the IPL acne treatment with the ResurFX. They both did a fantastic job walking me through every step of the process. They took the time to answer all my questions and reassured me about any concerns I had. During the procedure they constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Afterwards, they provided detailed instructions on aftercare. It was a very welcoming environment and I’m excited to go back again!

Had a great experience at Balance Aesthetics yesterday with Dr. Bobby and Janie. Using a Lumenis ResurFX erbium laser they resurfaced my skin 👏🏻. I was comfortable and well-cared for during the entire procedure. They were patient and meticulously worked to give me the best results. Slept well last night and looking forward to the final rested results in a few days.
