I was really excited to try something new, especially since I’ve had the same diamond peel at several other facilities and always enjoyed the results. The esthetician was very kind and pleasant, but I didn’t feel she had much experience with this particular service. The treatment felt heavier-handed than I’m used to — even painful at times — and I did need to ask a couple of times for her to be lighter handed.
The facial also wrapped up in under 40 minutes, which felt a bit shorter than expected. Overall, while I truly appreciated how nice she was, the experience itself didn’t quite meet the standard I’ve had elsewhere, and I left wishing it had been a bit gentler and more polished.

I had an amazing experience! The booking process was helpful in explaining the services and what is included in them. Olivia Mills did a wonderful job making my skin less clogged, more hydrated, and refreshed. I loved all the products that were used, my skin has never looked or felt better. She gave me several personalized tips to maintain healthy skin at home which I am loving. I have struggled with acne for a very long time and I finally feel better about my skin thanks to Olivia! The whole facial process was so relaxing and luxurious, I can’t wait to go back!
