Beautiful and clean place that’s calm and relaxing. The staff were informative and friendly. I had a diamond glow facial with MiKayla during my visit and was very happy with my experience! I will definitely be back next month for another session! Loved the results! My skin looks and feels so much better.
All of the staff at Balance are incredibly sweet and knowledgeable! Mikayla is my go-to girl and my skin always feels amazing after my monthly facial with her!
Originally went in for a special and fell in love with the staff and space! Such a cute quaint little clinic with style! Only place I’m going in the area for all my aesthetic needs. Also got the European facial and left with glowing skin. This is my place!
I saw Janie today for a Diamond Glow facial and WOW is all I can say! You can tell right away that Janie is incredibly knowledgeable in her field. Her touch is just right, not too firm, but you can tell she’s done many, many facials and understands what the skin needs. She did a full skin analysis and made suggestions and recommendations for what I would personally benefit from without being pushy or salesy at all. She has a welcoming vibe and the space is absolutely gorgeous! Olivia at the front desk is an absolute gem. So sweet and inviting. I’ll 100% be back!
Let me just say from the time you walk into this cute spa you will know you made a good choice. The spa is so cute, cozy and SMELLS AMAZING! I have visited the spa 3 times in a month and was completely HAPPY AND SATISFIED all 3 times. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and so welcoming! My 1st visit was with Olivia for their summer mthly facial special and let me say she did not disappoint from start to finish it was a fantastic experience! Olivia is super sweet & very talented to be so young!
My 2nd visit was with Dr.S for injections and he made me so comfortable and was so knowledgeable as I had only had injections 1 other time. I am completely satisfied with my results.
My 3rd visit was with Mikayla for a dermplane facial & I also got my granddaughter her 1st facial as a teenager & we both loved it. Mikayla is super sweet and also very talented! I highly recommend this spa for your skin care needs you will not be disappointed! Men or women skincare is so important and this spa will take very good care of you!
