It was my first time going to Balance Aesthetics. I had heard good things about them. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Janie. During the consultation, Janie put me at ease immediately because she was well versed and I knew she was experienced. She did a procedure called IPL. Next I met Dr. Bobby and he did a erbium laser treatment for me. He talked me through the whole procedure which also kept me feeling comfortable. I couldn’t help but notice how clean everything was.
