To serve all of our patients as efficiently as possible, a credit card is required to hold your appointment. A $25 cancellation fee will apply for missed appointments or those canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. This policy includes cancellations due to unexpected emergencies and/or illness.
Please note: Because our office is closed on weekends, Monday appointments must be canceled on Friday to avoid a cancellation fee. While we understand that some clients may reach out via voicemail, text, or email over the weekend, we are not available to process cancellations or rebook waitlisted patients during that time.
